Our brand new venue has 5000 square feet of ballroom space, and can accommodate up to 300 guests depending on the layout of the room. We can do both large and small weddings as we tailor the layout of the room to best fit your guest count so it never feels too big or too small.
Our ceremony lawn is 3000 square feet and can comfortably fit up to 300 chiavari chairs.
How much is the deposit to reserve the venue?
The cost to reserve the venue is $1500.00 with the balance being due two weeks prior to your event date. We take, cash, check, and credit card.
What is your cancellation & refund policy?
Once you sign the contract, and put down your deposit, it is non-refundable. However, we are always happy to help you find another date that works better for you.
Can I bring in my own catering or beverages?
We have a beautifully equipped 2500 square foot catering kitchen, and our chefs prepare all food on site. We do not allow outside catering, however you are welcome to bring in your own desserts if you'd like.
Is there parking available for our guests?
Absolutely! We block tee times a few hours before the wedding in order to accommodate enough parking for your guests. If any of your guests need to leave their vehicle overnight that is no problem at all; we only ask that the vehicle is picked up by 10 the next morning.
Is there a space available for the bridal party to get ready?
There is a groom's suite and a bridal suite for the bridal party to relax and get ready the day of the wedding. Each include floor length mirrors, seating options, and the bridal suite includes a private bathroom while the groom's suite include a private shower.
Are we able to complete a food tasting?
Of course! We prefer that your semi-private food tasting is completed on a Wednesday and at least 60 days prior to the wedding. This allows you ample time to make decisions regarding your meal selections. Semi-private tastings mean there may be other bridal parties (up to 5 participants per party) completing their tasting the same day however each party is spaced far enough apart so everyone has their privacy.
How many events do you schedule on the property each day?
We only schedule 1 wedding per day. This allows you to have access to the venue as early as 8am in order to start decorating and getting ready.
Is the venue handicapped accessible?
Yes. Every part of the venue is handicapped accessible.
What is the rain contingency plan?
If it were to rain the day of your wedding, we would hang curtains down the center of the ballroom in order to separate each side of the ballroom from the center. We will then align the Chiavari chairs to create an aisle that leads to the fireplace. There is enough space to accommodate 160 guests for an indoor ceremony.
